What Does this MRI Scan Result Mean?

My MRIreport says C4-C5 Facet arthopathy. Bilateral unconvertrebral joint hyper trophy. Disc desiccation. C5-C6 annular disc bulge. Mild effacement of the ventral and dorsal subarachnoid spaces. The disc bulge encroaches into both neural for amen. Mild central spinal canal and moderate right greater left foraminal stenosis are present and slightly more advanced. C6-C7 Disc desiccation. Minimal disc bulging. Mild unconvertbrsl joint hyper trophy on left. Stable mild left foraminal stenosis. What does all of this mean? Treatment?

Hi,

Your MRI cervical spine is showing disc bulges in C5-C6 and C6-C7 disc levels and means that the discs in your cervical spine are causing mild pressure effect on the nerves which are leaving the spinal cord and passing through foramen at the level of discs. They can cause pain in the neck shoulder and hands.
